The North Florida Fairgrounds is located approximately 3 miles South of Florida’s State Capitol at the intersection of Paul Russell Road and South Monroe Street in Tallahassee, Florida.

The City of Tallahassee was named as one of the Top 10 South’s Best Cities by Southern Living Magazine in (2019 – No. 9), (2020 – No. 10) and makes the Top 10 on the Forbes list that ranks the “Best Places to Live in Florida in 2022”

Our Facilities

The North Florida Fairground’s 55 acre complex offers secured perimeter fencing, six 12,000 square foot buildings, a cattle barn with a 50’ x 50’ show ring, an information booth with outdoor PA system, several lots for outdoor events, three separate restroom facilities (1 with showers), ample guest parking space, and over 350 RV hook-ups with electric, water, and on-site dump station.

Of the six buildings available, Buildings #2 & #4 offer air conditioning and heat, and are joined by a spacious courtyard and restrooms. Building #2 also includes a serving kitchen with a sink, freezer and refrigerator.

All six buildings are very versatile and can accommodate up to 900 guests for Seminars, 600 guests for Banquets or 65 Vendors for Trade Shows.
