The North Florida Fair will celebrate its 69th annual edition this year, November 4th - November 14th, 2010. Each year people from North Florida, South Georgia and beyond attend our Fair in Tallahassee, Florida. The North Florida Fair is one of the most successful events in the "Sunshine State."

The North Florida Fair runs in early November and follows the Georgia National Fair, and the Pensacola Interstate Fair.  Our location and fair times provide an excellent opportunity for fair vendors to stop in Tallahassee, Florida on route through North Florida and South Georgia.

The process of booking commercial concessionaires has commenced for the current year. Please review the following information to learn how to become part of the largest eleven-day extravaganza in Tallahassee, Florida.

Inside Concession Space

The inside commercial space is ideal for arts and crafts sales, novelty sales, promotions, cooking shows, and any vendors who require an enclosed area. The Florida Lottery, local radio stations, and television sponsors offer great exposure in the commercial buildings.

All inside concession space is 10 ft. (Width) X 8 ft. (Depth). We furnish each space with an 8 ft. high curtain backdrop and 3 ft. high side curtains. A single 110 volt electrical connection will be furnished per space. However, if your concession requires additional electrical connections, please contact the Fair office. Tables and/or chairs are available, for inside use only, at a small additional fee.

Inside concession space is sold in ten front foot increments. A 15% discount applies with the purchase of three inside concession spaces and a 20% discount applies with the purchase of four or more inside concession spaces.

Food Concession Space

The North Florida Fair prides itself on the wide selection of food it offers Fair patrons. Every year the food concession area grows with bigger trailers and better food products.

Food concessionaires will be provided with a 110 electrical hook up. However, we can easily accommodate concessionaires with any additional electrical requirements. 220 hook-ups require a fee per hook-up.

For our vendors that require an internet connection, we now have wireless capability though Velocity Online @ (850) 205-4NET. 

Please note that Pepsi is the exclusive soft drink of the Fair, and only Pepsi products may be served or sold on the fairgrounds.

Outside Concession Space

The outside concession space is loaded with a variety of attractions on both sides of the concourse. The "Show Me Swine Racers" always draw a crowd! Plus, not to be missed, varoius shows and entertainment with performances daily. The concourse is always full of activity and is ideal for any business looking for advertising, straight sales, and of course, space for food concessions.

One 110 volt electrical connection will be furnished to each concessionaire. Outside concession space is sold by front footage with a fifteen foot minimum.
