ENTRY FEE: $8.00 per head; $16.00 per head after October 1st, NO Exceptions! Entry forms must be completed with the Exhibitor Name/Owner intended for FCA Division Points and/or for NFF Premium Checks, no changes will occur after registration or show ends.

ARRIVAL TIME : Wednesday, November 3 between 9 a.m. & 3 p.m. ONLY! No Late Entries will be accepted unless approved by Chairperson. Substitutions must be completed before day of Registration to eliminate overwhelming paper work prior to show.
Prior arrangements must be made for late/early arrivals with the Livestock Director.
SHOWTIME: Thursday, November 4 at 12:00 Noon
RELEASE TIME: Thursday, November 4 immediately following show. Cleaning and Sterilization of the Cattle Barn is required before any other shows are conducted.

RULES & REGULATIONS -SEE CHANGES FOR 2010

ALL BEEF CATTLE EXHIBITORS MUST ABIDE BY THE GENERAL RULES AND HEALTH REGULATIONS

All animals will be expected to be on exhibit in the cattle barn at 5 pm on the day of arrival, if the fair is not open to the general public this will not apply. Tie outs will be allowed immediately after show ends. Cattle barn will close for cleaning and sanitization purposes.
No animals will be released until beds and outside pens are free of hay, manure, or other rubbish.
Exhibitors will be furnished with necessary passes to enter the Fairgrounds upon arrival (See Beef Cattle Show Chairperson). Parking will be allowed within the fairgrounds, the area will be designated before your arrival. The AG Center (Extension Office) will be used for overflow parking and large trailers.
All animals must be broken to lead and in open beef show, if not the animal will be disqualified and no premium will be issued.
No owner may receive more than two (2) premiums in a class. Animals shown in group classes must meet individual class requirements.
NEW! Requirement applies to all breeds. There must be at least two (2) exhibitors and a minimum of five (5) head of cattle per breed to constitute a recognized NFF Open Beef Show.
All entries must be sent to Dana Gibbs, Beef Cattle Show Chairperson or Stella Earnhart, North Florida Fair Administrative Assistant, 441 Paul Russell Road, Tallahassee, FL 32301-6996 and must give the name of the breed, which class, name of animal, registry number, date of birth, sex, owner, and owner address. Entries must be postmarked by October 1. Cancellation of entries and refund of entry fees will be permitted if the Beef Show Chairperson receives cancellation request by October 15th. Please complete entry forms with accurate contact information for Owner and Exhibitor, correct show, breed and class type listed below, do not use last years information, the information is updated each year.
