Our versatile facilities are available nearly year round and our full time staff is ready to provide excellent service for your event. The Fairgrounds are available virtually year-round for your rentals.   We are perfectly positioned in the heart of Tallahassee on South Monroe Street, with easy access for large R.V.s and semi-tractor trailers. The Fairgrounds is very popular and home to a variety of events from very large outdoor public festivals to small private gatherings.

The Fairground's 100 acre complex includes six 12,000 square foot exhibit buildings (two with heat & air conditioning), a cattle barn with show ring, 10 permanent food booths, three separate restroom facilities, an information booth, and acres of parking space. Over 300 RV hookups with electric and water connection are located on the grounds.

Beautiful beaches are only an hour away.

Featured are two 12,000 square foot renovated buildings (Building #2 and Building #4). These buildings (60' X 200') are equipped with air conditioning/heat and large roll-up doors for easy access. They are joined by a spacious courtyard and restrooms. Building #2 also houses a serving kitchen and a screened in porch for outdoor cooking. Both of the buildings are very versatile and can accommodate up to 900 people per building for seminars, 600 people for banquets, or 65 vendors for trade shows.  Building #1, or the Green Room, as its known, has an area of about 7,000 square feet under roof, complete with a 32' x 24' platform stage, great acoustics, seating for about 400,new lighting and a great atmosphere for that garage band, dramatic performance or dance troupe.
